It's always great when a contractor does what they say they are going to do. Although some rotten wood trim repairs cost a little more then I wanted, they were well done. I have had other contractors not bother fixing problem wood that was encountered. I would rather have it fixed so there aren't problems down the road. The crew was friendly with my dad who was hanging around taking pictures - an extra bonus. We had a metal roof installed and it looks great. The neighbors have already let us know they love it too.
